Much Better...

While really reflecting on my action research and making changes as needed, I realized a major change I needed to make was my vision/goal.  I was reviewing over my actin plan template and I was asking myself what my real goal was for this research.  So instead trying to sound all wordy and basically confusing, I "changed" my goal.  My new goal states what I really tried to say at the beginning of this research.  I am proud to say that I changed this, "The goal for my action research is to gather the advantages and/or disadvantages of administrative walk throughs, and gain knowledge of the affect walk throughs have on teacher performance through formal evaluations" to this, "The goal for my action research is to gather perspectives of administrative walk throughs, and be able to provide evidence that walk throughs have an affect on teacher performance."
